In operation since 1997, Prairie Gael is the longest running Irish Dance School in Regina. Prairie Gael has taught hundreds of students over the years and has participated in and supported countless community events.

Originally founded as a recreational school, Prairie Gael became a competitive school under the direction of Caitlin Preston, TCRG in 2013.

Prairie Gael has achieved success, with many dancers qualified to compete at the national and world level.

With students of all ages and ability ranges, we proudly guide and support our students from the very beginner levels, all the way up to the international level. We help our students to set goals, develop training programs, provide access to resources, and provide the support and guidance they need to achieve those goals.

Prairie Gael is also a proud member of the Irish community of Regina. Prairie Gael loves to share the vibrancy of Irish Culture by participating in community events, performing for our local senior residences, entertaining the crowds on St. Patrick’s Day, performing at private events and more.
