Private lessons are an opportunity for dancers to augment their consistent in-class and at home practice one-on-one with their instructor. Private lessons are available upon request; Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.


Cross-Training Workshop: Training with Miss Tara gets results!

Are you looking for an expert who will motivate you to accomplish goals you never thought possible?  YES, then Tara is your trainer.  Driven by the passion to help others achieve their dreams and become the best that they can be, Tara is living hers!  Tara’s passion is working with children to build successful movements that focus on strength, endurance and flexibility. Tara does not only believe that a healthy body is important but also a healthy mind. Building self esteem, self worth and self love is a focus of all her workouts. 

Come enjoy the experience of a fun, butt-kicking workout. Learn new exercises, new training techniques and changes that will turn your goals into reality.  Tara is a true motivator.  In an environment promoting sweat, laughter, self-awareness and enthusiastic optimism, fitness has never been so fun!  Careful, her spark is contagious!

$40/dancer (recommended for our older and competitive dancers: Kerry, Kilkenny, Belfast, Dublin)


Yoga

We are thrilled to continue offering yoga classes to our dance family. Created and taught by Ms. Emily, these classes focus on improving strength, flexibility, and mobility - all of which are key elements that support excellent Irish dancing. While these classes are designed with Irish dancers in mind, parents and siblings of our dancers are also welcome to join us. These classes are also open to members of the Irish Club Dancers. Classes are $20.

Bonus: Pre-register & pay for the year's worth of yoga classes and receive a 20% discount on your yoga registration fees.

Our dance year runs from September through May.
We accept new dancers all year round. We suggest new families contact us for more information before registering online.
